Recorded Online Training

Overview
Recorded online training is facilitated by experienced, certified experts using an instructor-led, group paced, classroom-delivery learning model. You view and listen to the training on your Internet connected computer.

Convenient and Cost-effective
You can attend the training at anytime and from anywhere with any Internet connected computer. You don't need to take the time to travel to a course location or incur any travel expenses.

Unlimited Access
The training is self-paced and provides unlimited viewing access. The free downloadable player allows you to start, pause, stop, and resume the training as you please. If you stop and leave the training, you can note the time counter time and advance the training to resume right where you left off.

IMPORTANT: You should have a high speed Internet connected computer to view UBA's streaming Advanced Recording Format (.arf) training files and must have a sound card and speakers to hear the training.

Playback Instructions

1. For best viewing, please close any applications.

2. UBA uses WebEx Network-Based Recorder to record our training files. To playback the training, you must download the WebEx Network Recording Player for Windows or Mac. To download the Player, click one of the following links or copy and paste it to the Address bar of your Internet browser:

3. Once you have installed the Player, click the provided training link or copy and paste it to the Address bar of your Internet browser.

4. Use the Player's Pause/Play, Stop, and Volume button controls located at the bottom, left-hand corner of your screen to pause, play, stop, or adjust the volume.
