UBA State Association Chapter License Fee
The initial one-time Chapter License Setup Fee is $1,000 and the monthly Chapter License Operating Fee is $100. Licensees also incur a fixed monthly marketing budget of $800 to $1,200 dollars depending on geographical location rights.

Payment
All payments are made by credit card. If you are accepted as a Chapter Licensee, we obtain credit card information from you. We initially charge the credit card half of the Chapter License Setup Fee of $1,000 ($500) and the remaining half of the Fee when your Chapter is setup and operational.

The monthly recurring Chapter Maintenance fee of $100 is charged on the 1st of the month following the month your Chapter is setup and operational. For example, if your Chapter is setup and operational on May 10, we charge the credit card the $100 Fee on June 1 and the first of each month thereafter.

Chapter License Commitment
The Chapter License is a month-to-month program, meaning at anytime you determine the benefits you receive are not greater than your investment, you can terminate the License. In other words, when you pay your Chapter License Setup Fee of $1,000, you are paying for the setup of the items listed under “What You Receive”. When you pay your monthly Chapter License Operating Fee of $100, you are paying for the monthly features listed under “What You Receive” for the next 30 days. Prior to when the next monthly Chapter License Operating Fee of $100 is due, you make a determination to continue or discontinue the License. If you continue, we charge your credit card the next month's Chapter License Operating Fee of $100. If you discontinue, we don't charge your credit card and all services terminate on the date your next payment is due.

Please note: You must inform us by email or mail, if you discontinue the License prior to the next payment due date.

Termination
If you choose to terminate the License, all Chapter License rights, services, software, lists, tools, and intellectual property are retained and are the property of UBA.

How to Apply
Individuals or organizations that want to apply as a Chapter Licensee must complete a Chapter License Application.
