Management
Licensee will serve as Chapter President and CEO.

Research & Development
UBA performs Chapter market research and product development. Feedback from Licensees is sought and welcome.

Marketing & Sales
UBA develops and implements monthly Chapter marketing campaigns and handle all sales emails and telephone calls. Chapter marketing campaigns consist of press releases, email, direct mail, free training, monthly meetings, Chapter Affiliates, sponsors, and network and alliance partners. Licensee pays the fixed monthly marketing budget.

Production
Orders are placed via the Licensee's Chapter website (provided by UBA), toll-free telephone number (provided by UBA), fax, or mail. UBA takes, processes, and ships all orders. Licensee receives email notices of all orders in real time.

Finance
UBA pays all Chapter setup and operating costs including legal entity incorporation. Licensee pays an intitial one-time $1,000 Chapter License Setup Fee, a monthly $100 Chapter License Operating Fee, and the fixed monthly marketing budget ($800 to $1,200 dollars depending on geographical location rights). Licensee is required to setup a Chapter checking account at his/her discretion with him/her as authorization signatory. All Chapter orders are pre-paid via credit card or e-check. Chapter website, telephone, and fax order credit card and mail check payments are deposited directly into Licensee's Chapter checking account via a Chapter merchant account or e-check (provided by UBA). UBA will charge Licensee's credit card the Licensee's cost of website, telephone, fax, and mail pre-paid orders.

Customer Service
UBA handles all Chapter member and customer service emails and calls.

Information Technology
UBA develops, obtains, sets up, hosts, maintains, and supports all Chapter information technology.
