Overview
UBA's mission is to help public bookkeepers and accountants develop highly profitable bookkeeping businesses. While developing UBA, we realized the great demand from individuals and small business and nonprofit organization owners and employees to learn or enhance their bookkeeping knowledge and skills. After a comprehensive study, we determined supplying that demand would benefit both our public bookkeeper and accountant members and UBA.

UBA has spent the last two-years developing 50 state bookkeeper associations with a mission to enable individuals and small business and nonprofit organization owners and employees to develop the knowledge and skills to perform bookkeeping accurately and productively. UBA has invested thousands of hours and dollars researching and developing our proven, turn-key, Bookkeeper Association Model. This Model is now being replicated in the form of UBA Bookkeeper Association Chapters.

Each chapter operates independently under the direction of their state association. Each state association operates independently under the direction of the UBA.
